REFUND POLICYAll ticket purchases made through JOMTIKET are non-refundable once issued and confirmed.Refunds, if any, are subject to the express bus operator’s terms and conditions, including cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions.JOMTIKET acts as a booking agent and will assist customers with refund requests where applicable, but approval is at the discretion of the bus operator.
SERVICE/SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
JOMTIKET provides digital express bus ticketing services only. All tickets are issued as e-Tickets (PDF) and delivered via WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation.No physical tickets or shipping are provided. Ticket delivery is estimated within 1–24 hours, subject to operator confirmation. By making a booking, customers agree to this policy.
CANCELATION POLICY
All ticket bookings made through JOMTIKET are non-cancellable once confirmed and issued.Any cancellation, rescheduling, or travel changes are strictly subject to the express bus operator’s terms and approval.JOMTIKET acts solely as a booking agent and will assist customers in submitting requests where applicable, but final decisions rest with the bus operator.

- Full payment is required before ticket issuance. Prices are in MYR.
